Chess Computer Corner

The American Cup takes place Tue 12th to Thu 21st Mar in Saint Louis. The format is a knock-out tournament with double elimination. A mixture of Classical first and then rapid games are played followed by tie-breaks if required. Open event: Caruana, So, Dominguez, Aronian, Shankland, Robson, Sevian and Oparin. Women's: Krush, Lee, Tokhirjonova, Zatonskih, Paikidze, Abrahamyan, Jennifer Yu, Zoey Tang. I will try to produce some live coverage but the format is very taxing.
